Cobra Lily Hoodie

The forest-green hoodie is a medium-weight with a soft, warm lining and a generous-sized hood.

The Darlingtonia californica aka a cobra lily is a carnivorous plant that grows throughout the Siskiyou range. Bugs are attracted to the plant's unique scent, fly into a vacuole underneath its translucent bulb-like head, and then surmise to the plant's digestive order, providing much-needed micronutrients, according to peer-reviewed studies. 

These curious plants thrive in serpentine soils and you'll find them in fens, sometimes by the acre, throughout the Siskiyou backwoods.
